I thought I'd make one topic about this whole process. I haven't involved a lawyer formally yet. I filed with a central customer service manager with ford and she created a packet of all the info and ford reviews it and decides if theyll buy it back or replace the car or tell me to get lost. Once ford receives the packet they have 10 days to give an answer. Has anyone else had to go through this what was your experience? Any advice being this is a learning experience I'd like to do everything in my power to ensure i get the responses i want from them.
The car has been in the shop 6 times for the same issue they now think the pcm is bad but the part is on back order with no current release date. And its been in a bunch more times than just 6 but thats been the most recurring issue. Its also had 5 times in for strut popping. Any advice is appreciated.
