We're not going to do anything.
The problem with N. Korea is that they have nukes which gives them a huge bargaining chip. If we bomb or attack them, you can pretty much kiss S. Korea and possibly Japan good bye. I doubt they want to serve as sacrificial lambs.
In a couple years, it will be the same with Iran. The question now is, will the world want another N. Korea in the Middle East, and one that is run by religious fundamentalists?
