I have a 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. With the 3.92 limited slip rear end. It's time for its first differential oil change. The rear is 75/140 and the front is 75/90. Trying to figure out if I should go with redline as I have in the past with other vehicles. Or try motul. Haven't been able to find much info on the motul gear oils, but both are available locally and are close to the same price. Does anyone have any experience with the motul oils?

My 2cents.
Since that is a non transmission use (such as subaru MT) I dont think it matters much.

Any good brand syn gear oil is fine.

Use whichever makes you feel warm and fuzzy.

alternatively. M1, or even supertech.

I was going to go with the redline. Have used it in the past and know it's a great year oil. Just saw the motul stuff and when I went to read some reviews of it, saw there were none.

I have used (in no particular order)
m1, redline , motul, supertech, castrol, subaru extra s, valvoline, wolfs head, amalie

No noticeable difference in differentials. Tons of difference in Transmission.
