Hello
I have been using Motul for years ( 5w 40 X-CESS )
Last year I noted that they had made some cosmetic changes to their Gen2 bottles..... or so I thought.
Today I got some new oil delivered and it is of the "old" design but of recent manufacture!
Turns out the "new" design are USA blended bottles, while the ones blended in Italy continue with the "old" design.

Would you think that it would be OK to mix USA made oil with the Made in Italy Motul?

Thanks

If the made in USA motul blends conform to US specs like Dexos and the Italian ones are Euro spec you might want to evaluate that before mixing the two.

If both are X-Cess GEN2 5W40, yes, absolutely fine.
