How long has Conoco made Motorcraft Oils? Do they also make other Motorcraft fluids like transmission, brake etc?

I went to the Motorcraft website but Wal Mart always has it the oil cheap no matter where I go.

Did not see any ATF or brake fluids. I do know they make filters but not sure how good they are.
