There should be nothing special about the FL400S bypass valve rating. Wix has a pretty diverse set of bypass valve settings where they're needed. Otherwise, and this is just my observation in looking at various numbers over the years here, you get a generic 8-11 valve. If yours required a special setting, let's say Audi/VW as an extreme example (30psi), Wix has that rating on that filter.
So, I'd say (but don't KNOW) that the FL400S has somewhere in the 8-16psi bypass valve in a MC. If it conforms to Purolator's format (who makes MC filters), it would be 11 or 12-16.
