I went to the ford dealer today for my first oil change because it's free and asked about full synthetic; $100 oil change! No way. So I went over to parts to see how much they sell the Motorcraft Full Synthetic 5w20 for.... $10.99qt! Out of control.
$100 oil change on a Ford Taurus? I almost spit my coffee out!
Also, Tom Cruise aren't you highly into Scientology anyway, and give them millions of dollars? I can't even believe you didn't just pay it for your new Ford Taurus and go on with your day.

For a while AAP carried full synthetic Motorcraft for $7.99 a qt. that was a few years ago when I noticed it. I'm not sure if they still carry it or not. If you can get Kendall synthetic in your area it should be similar, except it will likely have TI in it.

Both oils are blended by ConocoPhillips
They clearanced it out here a few years ago. I bought the last they had pretty cheap.
Parts and service is what profits the dealerships, not new car sales or floorplanning their "storage".The sales team is demanding those other 2 sources of revenue to "maximize" profit. Its a no brainer. Its whats been going on...forever.
