I’d add that it depends on the computer, too. I have a gaming computer on which I don’t really do serious work. I currently run a beta bios just fine because I want to get the latest DDR5 compatibility.Yup, this.
If the BETA bios addresses an issue you are specifically experiencing, then it may make sense, if it doesn't, then just use the latest stable release.
After all, beta doesn’t necessarily mean unstable, it just means not fully tested. The true release is often the exact same build if no issues are found in regression testing.
