Yes snap on, I put in a tool number in the search, good old "not found", right out of the new paper catalog, that works way better than any website ever.
So what is up with their website, I can never find a thing on it.

I have the paper catalog you can order for free. The website is definitely screwed up. There is one way you can get to it that makes it easier to use and shows pictures of all the tools and everything so you don’t search by number just categories and stuff. It’s easier to use on the computer than phone too that’s for sure.

The bulk of my tool purchases this past year have been Tekton. Their website is superb. Shipping is free, FedEx 2nd Day.

I also own Williams and Stahlwille tools and like them a lot. Searching their websites is a nightmare compared to Tekton. I realize that Williams and Stahlwille are better made tools. For my needs they are almost not worth the hassle to purchase.

When are these companies going to move into the 21st Century?

Think I need more organizers instead … had a huge spread of wrenches out the other day only to figure out the cheap metric sets skip over sizes that the other standard has a substitute for …

Interesting, I've actually found their site to be "not too bad." I particularly like that most multi-piece things will give a list of components and their part numbers.

The biggest issue I see right now is that virtually everything shows OOS on their website. They'll give an estimated date of arrival, but when that comes they just push it back another couple weeks, and again and again.....
