I always expect that to happen when I go to my parents' house. Small town (500) but full of snowmobilers. They get drunk and drive up and down the sidewalks at 50-60 MPH.

Looks like the SUV was running as well to warm up and defrost.

They will get theirs eventually but the ATV isn't licensed so it will be hard to find it.

One can only hope that those clowns will have a close encounter with a barbed wire fence. That [censored] went on night and day in northwestern Colorado where we used to live.

With any luck the owner of that Ford that got banged up sees the video and maybe those two clowns are locals who are seen often and somebody knows their names.
