Maybe, but brake checking a bike is much less effective than brake checking a vehicle with a mass closer to the vehicle you're in. In the OP video, there's a reason (based in physics) why he escaped unscathed and the vehicle wiped out.

Kicking a car is a losing proposition for a Motorcyclist. I'd say the reason the Motorcyclist got away relatively unscathed, was due to luck, and a poor driver.
