Good Afternoon BITOGERS 🇺🇸🇨🇦🍺

my curiosity is getting to me and I believe this filter crosses to a fram 3614. Cost me $10.39 at the great Wal (as my buddy aquariuscsm calls it) Wal Mart 🤣

looks usable for 4-5 k oci I’d say.

4-5k? It had better be good for the 10k factory OCI most of these are used for.
Even my turbo gdi has aprox 10k miles on the oil life indicator. which makes no sense considering it has the smallest sump of the 3 engine choices.. and the other 2 are port injected N/A engines.

I usually change it around 2x a year or 40-50% remaining.

I guess

it does look pretty junky not even a silicone anti-drainback
what does it compare to the 3$ supertech or STP?

I should have inserted some smilies, Thanks for posting the C&P.
I guess the nasty, sticky shoddy glue, and crackhead installed metal strip makes me nervous. I’m glad my work uses WIX on our stuff. This filter if you read the original post is $10~. It is definitely not worthy of $10 value. I recall a member here cutting his “factory MOPAR” filter open that was “torn”. Guess we will ageee to disagree 👍🍺🇺🇸

What are we disagreeing about? I was sarcasically saying it has to be good for 10k because its the oem filter and thats what the oem intervals are.

Peace out man. I checked out after the 1st reply from you. I wouldn’t trust it for more than 5k in say a short tripped heavy vehicle or other variables. I like you sir; just relax please. 👍

Thanks for the inside look at this filter. It’s what I’m using on my 1500 Hemi and the Jeep 2L turbo that I just changed today with Pennzoil Platinum 5w30.
