Admiral Carter is really enjoyable to listen to.

Thanks so much for posting the video of Admiral Carter. Lots of great information- and always fantastic when someone makes ranks- especially Flag Officer- in nontraditional methods. Out of all the amazing things discussed in the video- the capture of the enemy combatant on a motorcycle was fascinating.
