Monolec 7500, Safe for GM 700R4/4L60's?

how about pasting aq bit more info here. Is it a Dexron VI fluid, or at least a dex III-compatible? Does it hold any GM approvals?

Thats why I am asking to discuss. It was posted on a Camaro/Firebird third generation site and someone recommended it. So, this was before DEXRON VI was available. 700R4/4L60's were all DEXRON III

Pretty thick stuff for an ATF.

Modded tranny or stock daily driver?

4L60Es will chug along happily on just about anything. I don't see why Monolec 7500 wouldn't work well in them, stock or otherwise. Worst case you have to dump it and go with another ATF.

It will be a modded , basically to allow over 5000 rpm use, to 6500 rpm shifts, better clutches, bands, shell, etc etc.

I would not use it. I would use this product that meets the GM spec for your transmission.

Thanks for the reply. It was recommended to use this or a Mobil 1 ATF or Redline ATF
