I have been using it in my 1998 Acura EL for 7 years. My car has been turbocharged for 5 years, and currently has 285 000kms, 155 000 kms with the turbo. In 2004 I had slow water leak into #2 cylinder chamber and the oil for approx. 1 yr before it was accurately diagnosed. My symptoms only occurred at high rpm and high boost. I thought it was spark related. During that year I drove to Florida and back. I average 30-35000km/year. It is my personal belief that the Moly prevented/minimized damage to my main bearings. By the time I had the head gasket replace there was an extra litre or so of coolant in the oil. At the very least it gives me piece of mind. That is my $0.02 worth.

molyslip-e is ok to use in small B&S, Kohler or some old L-head single piston 4cyl engine with splash feed oiling system.

I wouldn't use it in any otherwise healthy emission-controlled engines for there is no proven benefits from adding additional colloidal suspended MOS2 into motor oil that already comes with balanced additive package.

Curious if you ever had your oil analyzed? A UOA should have caught the problem before there was a liter of coolant in the oil.
