Moly vs lithium grease for short shifter.

I`m thinking about putting the Fidanza short shifter back in my car. The pivot ball joint on the base of the shifter hasn`t been greased in a while. Should I use a lithium grease or a moly ep grease? The pivot ball is right over the transmission/cats/drive shaft,so a helluva lot of heat will be pounding it.

not same thing Lith is a soap thickener to "gell" the oil to make a grease, "moly" is a solid lubricant to help lube "plain" sliding bearings such as the ball you mention, Moly can be in a lithium grease and is a good combonation
