Just wondering if you've experimented with a brew that is predominently Neutra, with smaller amounts of FP and Outlaw? I have 3 gallons of Neutra, but only 1 gallon of Fuel Power. Was wondering if you ever experimented with a concoction with the majority Nuetra.

If so, what's your formula and treat rate? TIA!!!

Molakule, so I get this correct:

That's 3 parts of Neutra to 1 part Fuel Power. Then treat vehicle at rate of 1 ounce 'concoction' for every 10 gallons of gas?

Correct: Your mix would be 3 quarts Neutra and 1 quart FP to gallon container.

Add one ounce of the mix from the gallon container for each ten gallons of gas in your tank.

I thought the "brew" (MBF) was 3 parts Fuel Power and 1 part Neutra. Thats the mix I've been using, is this not correct? Anyway, its been working great this way FYI.

This is one of the threads where I got the info.

shortyb,

I was responding to your question about using 3 parts Neutra to 1 part FP.

The normal MBF for daily drivers is 1 quart Neutra to 3 Quarts FP. Dosage rate is 1 oz. per 5 gallons.

Ok, good, thought I was losing my mind. According to my wife, I'm getting close to that

.

It has my curiosity up though, what advantages/benefits does the 3:1 Neutra/FP "brew" (MBFR=MolaBrew Fuel Reverse maybe?) provide over the MBF? Jus wonderin.

MolaKule can we(Me) have some clarification on a correct mix to use?
I have a little of both now and am confused on which is better or correct.Or are there different applications? Please take the time to explain.
Thanks for your advice,
RichR

Rich,

I prefer the Daily driver mix of 1 part Neutra to 3 parts FP (1 oz. per five gallons) because you will get better gas mileage with the higher levels of FP.

MolaKule,
Thank you for the reply.Sorry,I was a little
confused.gif

But I have a mix of both and yes the high FP seems to give more mpg only based on the fuel gauge so far.
Thanks,

What about Outlaw? (and *which* Outlaw?)

Can Redline be an adequate substitute for any of these?

Wow did I ever over-do it on that order. Got carried away. Lots of LC and FP. Also I ordered "132" and got Schaeffer Moly EP Oil Treatment....Same thing? OK to use with Auto-RX? (I want GC for winter and it has no Moly)

Should I have the by-pass filter installed ASAP even if that is before the 5000 km warranty that came with the used car?

Also off-topic: Any harm done in adding Auto-RX to auto trans fluid and leaving it in over 1500 miles?
I plan a tranny flush after I get the 18 or so quarts of Redline in the mail.
Thanks!
Rob

Any of the Outlaw Octane boosters will work.

Does Redline make an Octane booster? I know they make a fuel system cleaner.

The 132 is Moly EP add. It won't crank up the moly to the levels of Mobil 1 or Schaeffer's, but will add some moly and antimony. It also has a great surfactant/antioxidant/Friction Modifier.

I wouldn't use Auto-RX with any other product, so as to allow the Auto-RX to do its job unencumbered.

Thanks Molekule!
I was thinking of GC with Auto-RX and the Schaeffer's Moly for winter. While I can appreciate the advice to not mix Auto-RX with LC or 'anything else' I was still thinking of mixing it with Schaeffer's Moly. In fact I was thinking of mixing them all up and handing it to my 'favorite mechanic' when I have my next appointment. Hmmmm....whatcha all think?
Thanks
Rob

Rob,
My concoction consists of.
6 1/2 qts oil(1st use of Schaffers#701 this OCI)
4.oz Auto-Rx
6.oz Schaffers #132(before the use of#701)
I have not done a uoa(too cheap).
The seat o meter say it runs smooth.
I used information here and e-mail with Frank to verify the use of A-Rx and #132.
