Right on. I’m thinking about trying it. If it’s basically the same price and I can stay home and work, relax, etc then why not. My schedule is crazy hectic these days. Anything I can do to make things simpler and more efficient I am all for.

I'd be all for a good mobile mechanic for repairs on parts like wear items (brakes, tire rods, control arms, etc...). Especially if you are allowed to supply you're own parts, that's a bonus. Many shops in my area refuse to use supplied parts, no matter what. I saw at one shop in my area with two different hourly rates. One price they charge hourly, and another significantly higher hourly rate if you supply your own parts. So I'd love to control the parts used in the work done, I'm picky about the rotors I use, and have pads that have always worked great for me.

Same. I’d rather pick the parts if I have the choice. Especially with tires and brakes.
