Mobile 3000 Super formula P

Hi All

Did my research but have managed to get a bit lost. I've just used some Mobile 3000 Super formula P in an API SL min application. I thought it was to spec but just checked my bottle and it has C2 specification.

Very confused I checked online which confirmed C2 on UK sites but API SN on European sites. I did look here and have seen there can be territorial differences with licensing. Can anyone confirm Mobile Super 3000 formula P is API SN spec?

Couldn't it be both?

What grade are you looking at?

Well I am hoping it is both and I think the indication is that it is. 5w-30 grade.

Acea c2 won’t hurt any gas or diesel light engine and is a robust spec

Well I'm sure we want them all to be mobile to differing amounts at differing temperatures . I think I've seen enough bottles with API SN on to not be too worried. It's in a lawn mower also so there's probably even a little more leeway!
