Well this was run longer than I planned, 4070 miles. My wife's car got totaled, so she took the vehicle over for a while until we found a replacement. Looks like this engine is cleaning up well, little bits of carbon here and there in the can, and in the filter media, but much less than the filter from the previous OCI.
Another sump of HPL no VII went in, I plan to run it 5000 miles, and get an oil sample on that drain.

This came off my 1992 Crown Vic, was run for 2 months and 1100 miles, with 4 qts of bulk conventional 5w30, and 1 qt HPL Engine Cleaner 30. This filter seems robust and well constructed, and did catch some carbon particles, certainly looks better than the last filter that came off this car, I will link the thread below for context. Another M1-210a went on its place, and will be run for a bit longer with a full sump of HPL no VII EURO 10w30. I plan to change that filter out at around 2500 miles or so, just to play it safe.
