I think you could run this much longer. But 5k oci’s are safe when keeping an eye on the head gasket issue. No problems at this point!!

Definitely tempted too. I think 6k wouldn't be an issue, but like you said, not worth the risk in this application.

That's crazy cheap. Not as cheap as I bought my stock but did cash on some nice promos, although Mobil killed their Delvac Gold Program recently. Think it ended up being about $12 a gallon or something.

I got that email too about ending that program. They made it harder to use over time or maybe that was Rotella I'm thinking of.
