That’s not quite as important as you might think. The oil filter rarely goes into bypass. It either needs to be severely plugged up or it needs to be -40 degrees and you’re going full throttle on cold oil. So as long as the bypass setting is reasonably close you will be fine. For instance if you’re using a filter that says the bypass is 25 instead of 22. In fact the bypass setting should be in a range of a few psi (such as where it begins to open vs where it is fully opened) A lot of manufacturers will specify the bypass as being 22-25 for instance.The current ACdelco PF63 has a bypass rating of 22 PSI. A good thing IMO. If you change filters I would make sure the filter has a 22 PSI bypass rating. For some reason some filter manufacturers don't published a spec on this. They just state in spec Yes under bypass. Just my 2 cents.
I would only be concerned if the variance between the called spec and the actual spec was way way off (10 psi vs 35 for example)
