Look like this M1 is definitely the SL type with the higher Phosphorus and Zinc numbers. Arguably, one of the best OTC oils one can buy for virtually any new car on the market.

It looks like it is a tad thicker than it used to be. This is good news and might get some to reconsider M1.

They give me the VOA numbers for the oil I'm using along side my UOA numbers. I don't even send in a virgin sample for them to test. I imagine that they have a data base of VOA's that they update on a periodic basis.

Not exactly ideal since the numbers can vary, even from batch to batch. But it's free and better than nothing.
