I don’t own a hybrid but if above mentioned oil is a marketing gimmick I scored a 5Qt - 3Pk for 2.60/Qt shipped to my door.

Tis the season where walmart "pack of" deals and listing mistakes are difficult to discern.

Oil prices decrease with gasoline and oil barrels prices. Oil and fuel prices could get better yet but it's anyone's guess.

I'm struggling not to push that "add to cart" button. I have probably 2 years of OCI's for all my vehicles currently so adding to that doesn't make sense. Having some 0W-20 on hand for when I help others is kind of nice.

At that price per quart it's even cheaper than the DELO 5W-40 from the AAP clearance.

Keep the forum posted I’m insterested in if it 1 or 3 jugs. Both kids have 2024 hybrids.

I don't think it's a marketing gimmick. I read that hybrids run a lot less and so don't get the oil hot. Therefore the oil has to be able to absorb more moisture. There are trade offs though.

Your math is off, 28.97/15 is $1.93/qt. Seems to be shipped by local stores so expect it to be OOS here and there.

Seems like the stores are clearancing through the corporate website instead of putting it on a shelf with a red sticker.
