Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w20 now at AAP.

Was in AAP this morning buying a Pure 1 oil filter, and noticed Mobil 1 5w20 Extended Protection is now carried by AAP. Just thought some here might want to know.

Unfortunately I found out not all stores carry all the grades of the different products. My local store for example, [1 mile away] only carries Edge in 5W20 and 10W30. The store 5 miles away carries it in 0W20, 5W20, 5W30 and 10W30.


I think they use different stores to test market products, at least that is what one of the managers told me. I still find it odd that one store only carried 2 grades of Edge, and another AAP doesn't carry MMO, which I find extremely odd.

No sale this month, but their every day price is $7.99. Too high. I buy from AZ and now from AAP when they have their sales. EP is usually $32.99 with a Mobil 1 filter.
