Viscosity seemed to hold up much better than the prior Motorcraft. Did not expect to see any moly in there, I thought the 5w30 ESP SP had none?

As @dippschtick said, this is carryover from the previous oil. If M1 ESP 5w-30 indeed still has 0ppm moly, your results suggest that almost 14% of the previous oil remained in the system. I know they say you can never get all the old oil out and that there's a lot of places that old oil can hide, but I didn't think that much would remain behind.

As others have said, likely residual. All 3 of my vehicles have about the same amount remaining in the sump after an oil change vs when the engine is dry. Always makes me chuckle when people won’t run an oil filter for two OCIs, even if the manufacturer recommends it, with the reasoning that they “can’t imagine keeping all that old oil in there.”

This is from the factory service manual for my Accord 2.4L. About 20% of the oil remains in the engine after an oil and filter change.
