I run 20w-50 in my two Harley's engines year round with no issues. And, it was 19 degrees the other day when I rode to work. Last summer for major road trip I put straight 60 weight in one with no issues..Lowest I would go would be 15w-50 in a Harley in those temps the OP is riding..just my two cents.
