All mileage is in kilometers not miles. Notes from oil slip: "Mixed street plus highway use. No issues noted other than severe winter driving (< -4F)." This fill was 5 qts of Mobil 1 5W-30 and 1 qt of Mobil 1 15W-50. Next fill is 6 qts of Mobil 1 0W-40 FS.

Is your goal to extend your OCI as much as you can?

It's not much, but there is an increase in iron per 1000 miles on the most recent (and longest) run. It's at 3.2ppm/1000 mi. Whereas your lowest iron is from the run on 3/16/2020, where it was 2.3ppm/1000 mi. Your average from the 6 runs is 2.8. They all seem within a normal range.

My goal is not to extend OCI since I did notice the wear rate of iron per mileage jumped. I'll probably run a shorter OCI now and see what happens. I'm not sure if the Mobil 1 0W-40 is better than the Mobil 1 5W-30 in my application.

Looks alot better than my CTSV run with Pennzoil Platinum.

What oils were run in the prior tests? Especially the first three.

Flip a coin, but, I think it "likes" the 40 vis better.

Yeah, I agree. Plus it does see plenty of cold winter starts and hot summer drives and idle so I like the idea of the wide viscosity index. From now on, I'll stick to 0W-40 since it's also very cheap at Walmart.
