This was a longer than normal run for me. Lots of short trips and I didn't warm it up very well before changing the oil this time. My takeaways:
1) I'm going to go back to blending one 5 QT jug of the Kirkland 5W-30 with .7QT of the Mobil 1.
2) I will continue changing around 5K. Hopefully one day I can time it to avoid a winter oil change!
3) I don't see the value in using Mobil 1 over the Kirkland stuff (someone predicted this in the last thread I posted).

Pretty low wear metals! Looks like a great UOA to me. Any consideration of moving to a 5w-40 to tolerate the drop in viscosity this sample showed?

I haven't. That's not a common practice amongst FoST owners. My last two Ford vehicles specified 5W-20, maybe the engineers knew the oil would shear in this motor and that's why they bumped it up to 5W-30? I have an acquaintance who was an engineer on this engine, I'll have to show him the report and get his two cents. The previous UOA stayed within range using (mostly) Kirkland brand, so I'm not sure why this run dropped.

What filter?

You don't see too many of those ST's around here!
I'm not brand loyal to filters, the two runs I did UOAs on I was running a Motorcraft, but I have Mobil 1 and Fram Ultras in my stash.
Ironically I bought my car new at Russel & Smith Ford off 610 when I lived down in Pearland. The car spent the first three years of its life down there before coming back to the land of its birth in 2019.
