Mobil 1 0w40 supercar oil

Every silver lining has a cloud - what came out of the temporary dexos R approvals is that Mobil 1 Euro 0w40 is still a big bang for the buck …
One of the most scrutinized and approved oils on earth. It's arguably never the "best" but it's really, really hard to think of an application for which it would be wholly unsuitable. When everyone from Porsche to Mercedes to BMW to GM to VW can agree that an oil meets or surpasses their demanding OEM tests, that's a pretty special oil in anyone's book...

And historically, M1's 0w oils are showcase oils that always have the best of their formulation knowledge it seems.

0W-40 Supercar is some good stuff! I put it in my 38 year old Toyota 22RE 4-cyl! Pumps great when cold and thick enough to keep the oil burning down a bit when hot. Hot idle spec is >4psi and I get about 10psi so I'm happy.

And I can tell people my 1987 4Runner is Dexos-R rated!
