Just used a mileage calculator I found online looks like I picked up around 1-2 miles per gallon. I am getting about 24 more miles per full tank.

Might just be a gummed up injector, but a drop in air temperature can cause a similar seasonal change. If you stop using fuel additive in another month and then see what happens it would give you a better idea.

Good for you Devo-I've seen MMO silence a valve tick in a newer Corvette in less than a minute.
I've been using it (only when needed) in the oil since 1976

My experience with MMO is it smooths out the engine a lot and quiets it, but was unremarkable with any change in gas mileage.
