Mixing Weights

Could I mix a quart of 5w-30 Amsoil with 3qts of 0w-30? I have left over 5w-30 that I could use with the 0w-30 i have. I wasnt sure if you could mix weights. The series 2000 formula is different too so i'm not sure if it is ok? thanks

You can mix them just fine.

If you mix the different formulas like that I wouldn't recommend doing extended intervals though, as the additives might clash. If both viscosities were the same formula you'd be fine though.
