Anyone had a problem in using different greases with different base materials in wheel bearings for a boat trailer. Seems like every time I go to use the gun,, I have the wrong grease. nevada smith

The worse case will be a de gelling of the grease
"melting" to a thinner soup which will run out of the bearing as a oil and it will run dry and wear/rust up.
If you do not know what was/is the bearing flush it till the new grease comes out that will give you perhaps >50% new grease which will reduce the tendency to de gell.
If you can re grease after a few trips to finish the flush.
