Mitsubishi electrical stuff

My wife's 93 Expo LRV has no owner's maual, and we can't locate one, so can anyone offer any help on these issues?
The horn doesn't work. The fuse looks okay.
The remote electric mirrors, don't work.
Rear washer won't work, can't find a separate reservoir for the rear washer, or a separate pump. Does it work off the one for the windshield?

I have a ford escort. The problem fan motor shorted. Replaced fan, and went to drive, found automatice seat belts quit moving, rear lights out, fan not working still and a couple of other things. Regular fuses looked good. Under the hood, near the battery, was a box that inside had what looked like little relays but was actually fuses. Replaced one, and everything came back to life. Might look for the box under the hood for such.
