I said something about the highlights in non-dark mode were bad and tweaks were made which seemed to make dark mode bad again.

It was like this for awhile, but then highlights in non-dark mode were hard to read.

Now it's back to this.

The dark mode highlighting was non existent before the tweak. At least I can see what I'm highlighting now even if it is gray highlight on black text.
