Did anyone check out PF's latest chainsaw video? He threw a Dewalt 60V in there for comparison.

My fire department has dewalt battery saws and blowers. I'm impressed over the performance of both.

I have Milwaukee M18 everything. I love my Husqvarna gasoline powered OPE but the convenience of a quality battery powered OPE tool cannot be overstated.

I'm sure I'm stating the obvious, but no hearing protection is required with a battery powered chainsaw. That by itself is convenient.

My snowmobile club has 3 16'' Milwaukee saws. M18 12.0 batteries. Can't beat them for cleaning up blow downs off the trails providing they are not too big. Still keep a big gas saw onboard for big stuff. No starting gas saws up in below freezing temps. just to do a quick clean up. Just don't rush the E saw, no clutch to slip like a gas saw, chains will jump off when saw hits the ''clutch slip'' point.
