I'm the second owner of this car (1978 300CD). It has somewhere around 80k on the second engine block, replaced sometime in the late 90's by the original owner. When I purchased the vehicle, it had not been driven regularly for a few years and had algae growth in the fuel. Several treatments of Biobor have taken care of that. I've also done an injector purge with Liqui-Moldy diesel purge.
Blackstone notes a possible coolant leak based on high Potassium. Antifreeze is G-05, and based on the Sodium Benzoate listed in the SDS, I would expect high sodium if it were a coolant leak. Since this vehicle doesn't have an overflow tank, it it a little difficult to observe coolant levels. I'm not going to fret over it yet.
