nitrile is just a different type of plastic for people who are allergic to latex. I find that they are a little "floppier" and less stretchy.

I have the same problem with the sweat, but I just figure that's the cost of doing business. I'd rather be sweatty than filthy.

Nitrile and neoprene are chemical resistant. Latex isn't.

I would use the nitrile or neoprene.

Good thing I'm a lawyer and not a doctor - I can't work in rubber gloves. Fast Orange and Gojo will clean up any mess, even around your nails, with the proper brush.

I guess I'm from the generation that drank from the hose, rubbed dirt in cuts, etc., except for the battery, I don't worry much about the brief contact with the chemcials in my car. YMMV of course.

In most cases, nitrile and neopreme are used for chemical resistant attire when dealing with harsh chemicals.
