Mazda OBD-II Drive Cycle

I just fixed a sensor problem and installed a new battery, now I have four OBD-II monitors (O2, Evap, Cat, and EGR) NOT READY. I need to take the car in for a smog check. Does anyone know the Mazda OBD-II drive cycle that will set all the monitors? The car is a 97 Protege 1.5L DOHC. Thanks.

Never mind - I just drove it for 45 mins on the hwy and all Monitors scanned in.

Glad they reset OK. For most items it's 2 consecutive drive cycles.
