Being a 2022, if you're still under warranty, stick with the OEM FZ. Only $11 a qt. If it's out of warranty, then I'd use the OEM FZ, only $11 a qt. Either pick it up local or pay to have it shipped to you, whichever is cheaper.
Those transmissions aren't cheap, why take a chance? My 2¢.
I spent $75 on a gallon of Redline MT-90 for my 07 Mazda3 manual trans, as it's one of the few purely GL-4 'gear oils' to be found. Everything else is either GL-5 or GL-4+ (even the OEM fluid has been superseded by a GL-5 'equivalent'), which I am not comfortable putting in a manual with yellow metals, because transmissions and transmission changes aren't fun or cheap. There are better places to save money than transmission fluid, especially in a modern automatic.
