Hi, I changed front brake pads, I cleaned and greased the pins, ears and the back of the pads.

I am attaching a video. Does it seem to you that the car stops properly?

What is the noise when I brake? I don't think it has anything to do with the pads I changed, it's coming from the back of the car.

Looks normal. Do yourself a favor and bed the pads in properly.

Pads can make groaning noises, as can suspension components, or even loose wheels.

EDIT: While not related, my 2011 F150 had an unintended acceleration event while stopped. Being a race car guy and a capable driver, I knew my foot was on the brake but looked anyway just to make sure I was not being stupid or having a bad day.

The groaning from the brake pads was epic. The engine revved up and I stood on the brakes harder and harder. Eventually shutting off the key.

Try bouncing the front of the car and see if that noise happens. Maybe try taking the front of the car over a good speed bump to see if the noise occurs. Without brake application obviously.

My 2017 Mazda3 and 2016 Cx-5 both occasionally do this.

I read somewhere (a Mazda forum, or a TSB? Dont remember) that the rear pads on some models would get a bit loose in the caliper and cause noise due to variations in the size of the tabs on the pads, but this would happen most commonly when breaking in reverse.

If this was just a pad slap, and nothing was done to the rotors, as others have mentioned simply bedding the pads in may take care of this.
