It looks a bit gimmicky but I have read and heard some very favorable reviews. Does anyone own one?

Flat Rate Master highly recommends this tool. He shows an earlier version with one adapter. Also read the comments.

This mechanic has a longer video explaining how he struggled with other tools, bought the Mayhew 29912 kit with 3 adapters and highly recommends it. Read the comments too.

Yep, same as a toothless ratchet also. It looks like a good deal. Do a review on it after you use it a bit.
I am doing inner tie rods on an Eurovan next week. I have been told that this tool may not work on eurovans, but if it does, I will post a review.

I did them on an 02 Eurovan, I cant see why it wouldn't.
Me either. He mentioned that the design of the inner tie rod stops the cam from getting grip, but from the pictures, these look similar to most other inner tie rods.

This tool works as advertised. Last week I replaced the inner tie rods on the Eurovan. Other than having to remove the rubber bellow boot stoppers on the tie rods (for the tool to fit), it performed flawlessly. Stick in in, turn, and the tie rod will move in the direction desired.

Highly recommended.
