Hey Guys,

What type of gear oil do a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic Ls 1.8 5 speed Manual requires? The owners manual refer to the fluid as a dealer only spec, Checking other forums and there's information about the 6 speed manual but not much on the 5 speed's.... Thanks

19259104 is the GM P/N for the fluid.

According to the parts catalog, P/N 19259104 is a 70W GL-4.
