Unused but dented from Amazon. They replaced it free. For use on an old clunker.
I firmly believe dented filters should be tossed unless the dent is so small you have
to turn the filter in the light to see it. This was clean but not thrilling and very light weight.
I made my own filter cutter and it would have been super easy if not for the dent- not hard but took 3 turns with pressure.

Looks like a Purolator

I think it may be. Like to see more pics of the base plate and bypass to be more sure.

With the recent posting of an MM filter here, I did some googling at the time and best I can tell 'seems' like MM may be having their labeled filters in the US made by another manufacturer or manufacturers. M&H Puro may be one.

This is FAC new parts supplier, so much like Mopar filters made by others like Puro, MM 'may' be doing the same in the US with filters.

Thanks for the c&p.

Amazon are very good like that.

Some people would just blame the user and then ignore them when asked to explain why the user is to blame.

The base plate is smooth on the outside face but a bit sharp on the inside. Not jagged but
a bit sharp. Other posts here say its a Purolator.
Louvers are a bit small on the opening but all are open.

From some comments on the OF board I think it may have been assumed that because MM was going to be the supplier for FCA, they would be making the parts. Looks like when it comes to the oil filters for the US at least, that's not going to be the case.
