Mach-E GT

Feels like a 12 minute infomercial.
19" front rotors? Really?
Had some fun times driving Ford cars and trucks at the Dearborn test track facility.

haha you know in person it looks better. I hear you though.

I saw a regular Mach-E over the weekend and it was nicer than I had thought.

I saw one the other day, but it was a 3/4 angle view and driving away. Didn't look too bad, certainly not as ugly as a lot of vehicles these days regardless of their power source.

As far as Ford being on a roll with their EV's ? I have seen one Mach-E. I see at least a half dozen Teslas every time I go into town. Granted the Teslas have been on the market a lot longer, but I also see other 2021 model vehicles, not necessarily EV's.
Ford has reportedly taken orders for 44,000 of the new F-150 EV. Tesla has pre-orders now of 1.1 million of their Cybertrucks.
Even if only 10% of those Tesla buyers actually go through with their purchase and 90% of the Ford buyers do, Tesla will still outsell Ford in the truck market by 3X.
 
I am a diehard ford guy and I have no problem with EV's. Since this was first introduced, I have not liked the looks of it. But the 1 that I saw for 3 seconds on the highway looked pretty good, it was all black and didn't look as "bubbly" as the pics I have seen on the interwebs.

Some vehicles look much better in person.

I've seen a few Mach-E's. I want the domestics to succeed. Time will tell. This is a good start though.

I have seen a few around here. Just saw one 2 days ago in my neighborhood.
The front is a big mistake, the rest looks OK.

I think the Mach-E is made in Mexico? If so, I don't consider it a domestic.
I can say, the EV right now torque is amazing; it never fails to put a huge smile on my face!

When I was a kid Mrs stand for an older lady who acts like your teacher, your aunt, or your mom.

Then someone in Japan though it was a good idea to name their convertible sport car after an older lady...

Not my type of vehicle, but if I was getting one, it wouldn't be trimmed like any of the ones I've seen in person. I just don't do gray, and I don't do dark wheels, so this particular Mach E couldn't have been less appealing to me when I saw it sitting on the showroom a few weeks ago. This design needs support from wheels and paint. Get them wrong, and it looks like an old POS. Just an opinion. If I had to get one, it would be a Premium. Not digging the wheels they're putting on the GT.

As far as the front grill, I feel it was copied from the Tesla, which everyone bought without question, so where's the issue? It doesn't look like a Mustang? OK.
Now if they stick a big assed tablet on the dash it would really suck!

Of course they did, since it was cheaper but Ford did it much better according to the reviews I've seen.
