Does anybody know if there's a Mobil 1 cross reference for the Purolator L34480?
Thanks in advance!!
Thanks in advance!!
That seems to fit only some 1984-91 Peugeot, Caterpillar Lift Trucks, and Citroen Trucks. And there appears to be no cross-reference.quote:

Or use the filter that's listed for it, or use a less esoteric oversized filter.quote:

It'll fit my 2004 Sebring Coupe perfectly.... Guess I'll have to use the Purolator Premium Plus.
How are you going to fit an extra qt. of oil in a filter that's only about 2.7" longer?quote:

I'm currently using the M1-207, which is double the soup can sized standard filter (PH3593A equiv.). The 3.0L engine in this car has an oil capacity of only 4.5 qts. I'm trying to increase the volume without modifications. The larger (L34480 equiv.) filter will increase the capacity to around 5.5 qts, not to mention the other obvious benifits of a larger filter.
If it's so simple, why did you get it wrong?quote:

Dia: 3.15
Ht: 2.95
Volume: .75 qts. (.025 ft3)
L34480: (Baldwin B7042 Equiv.)
Dia: 3.50
Ht: 5.45
Volume: 1.71 qts. (.057 ft3)
Simple math.
