Unless you happen to be talking about the differential, in which case it would be ok. However considering you specified a 6mt, I think you mean the transmission. In which case no.
 
Not as far as I know. As a matter of fact, there's a thread floating around here called something like "help me get mos2 out of my gearbox" telling of someone doing what you're asking with very bad results.

Just don't.

The G35 is RWD no? Use it in the differential.
 
I would think twice about putting moly in a manual trans.
Then, I would think about it a third time!

It will help some things for sure. But the things that it hurts, it hurts a lot!
Shifting may be horrible, and like mentioned, this stuff is tough to get out of the system, once you put it in.
