Just dip them boys in a bucket of bleach water!

(This reminds me of something my dad would say.)

Incidentally, the reason GoldBond works is because of it's Zinc component. Fungus don't like zinc.

When I used to play football (before I hurt my back) I used to get it all the time... Found that bathing in a hot Efson(sp?) salt bath for 30 minutes then showering right afterwards would kill the bacteria. Then once I was dry I would follow up with some anti-biotic creme my doctor gave me that was for skin infections. You could also use gold-bond power or some of the other things that the other guys recommended. The salts worked best to really kill the bacteria.

Wear as loose of clothing as you can or a bath robe so that you can get as much air around the problem as possible. Also try not to sweat any...

See if you can get Ketoconazole 2% cream. Works for feet, jock itch, even dandruff. Yes some Dandruff is a fungus.

Lamisil (brand) works on toes, nails, and nether regions. It does work better than any OTC treatment I've found for athlete's foot.

It knocks jock itch out in about 2 days. Start using gold bond powder (gold bottle) and you will be a happy man.

You can also use Head & Shoulders "For Dandruff" shampoo. It will kill the fungus/bacteria like it kills Dandruff causing bacteria too.

Read it on the net... Not sure if it works...

Should we put it in our oil, then? It'll make STP obselete!

:P

Lotramin Ultra

it used to be only available with a percription under the name MENTAX and its very strong at killing many forms of fungus.

Nystatin is prescription only I think? Get Doctor to give you some pills and some topical creme it will knock that Jock Itch out fast! Then use over the counter Jock Itch/Athletes Foot cremes to keep it gone until you get your moisture issues under control. A teaspoon of corn starch before work helps to keep the moisture away from skin. Unlike talk cornstarch isnot abrasive.

+1 plus gold bond powder during the day to keep the moisture out.
