Looking for Online SAE/API Certification

Hi...thank you for the oppurtunity to improve my self as regards knowledge in Lubrication. I work in Nigeria (West Africa) and would want to know what my options are as regards a certification in Lubricants SAE/API or an online PGD in Lubrication Engineering having graduated with a B. Eng in Farm Power and Machinery Engineering
