I agree and I have all my life. I’m a bit more complacent now. Sometimes we don’t even lock the house other times we do. Everything is controlled by our phones so sometimes we remember when we we’re out and do it then.Only a dumb dumb leave their vehicles unlocked and complain when something is stolen.
SMH….
It’s kind of a cool feeling.
We live in a crime free zone as humanly possible here. Gated community, license plate readers and regular cameras record every car that comes in and goes out.
In addition security patrols and a security office with big screens lit up, displaying all the cameras.
You even get a call if you happen to leave your garage open by mistake.
If you leave your car on the street overnight, you’ll get a warning as the first offense. Being a golf resort, you tend to get older mature adults, and couples versus young kids.
I’m only typing all this because it reminds me of security when I read a thread like this.
It’s pretty cool
